CARV template cutting & milling machine is the benchmark product that participated in drafting the industry standard, and it has obtained the "Zhejiang Made" brand certification.

The original configuration was equipped with a standard air-cooled motor, screw-adjustable platform and DSP control system.
The upgraded version adopts a high-speed water-cooled spindle motor, integrated honeycomb cast worktable and ARM main control chip.
These upgrades completely solve the historical defects of early models: low cutting efficiency, poor machining finish, inability to realize half-cut indentation and slow processing speed.

In terms of software, the CARV Template Design Software has also gone through three generations of development and iteration: it has evolved from the MP2 template software, which only with only basic template editing functions, to the 3rd-gen intelligent AI template design software. This software supports one-click generation of non-ironing templates compatible with three types of equipment—lockstitch machines, template machines, and suction-type template machines—effectively reducing the technical expertise required of template makers while significantly improving template design efficiency. Its size-grading linkage function enables the creation of templates for all sizes in one go: once the template for one size is completed, templates for other sizes are automatically generated, achieving efficiency more than five times that of conventional software.
