Computer-controlled operations and cutting/milling occur simultaneously. A high-speed, variable-frequency, water-cooled spindle motor drives the milling cutter to perform single-pass, dust-free cutting on various materials—such as PVC boards, epoxy boards, and cardboard—thereby avoiding the inaccuracies of manual cutting and the health risks associated with the fumes produced by laser cutters. The system is compatible with data from any CAD software.
